COVID-19 vaccines are available during our regular business hours.  If needed, you may also contact us to arrange for vaccines outside of hours.

Flu vaccines are available seasonally during our regular business hours. Protect yourself and your loved ones from the flu by scheduling your vaccination today. If you need accommodations for vaccinations outside of hours, please contact us.

COVID & Flu Testing

Cama’i provides COVID tests during regular business hours. If needed, you may also contact us to arrange testing outside of hours. If you are experiencing symptoms, we encourage you to get tested ASAP.

Flu tests are available during regular business hours. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we encourage you to visit our clinic for testing as soon as possible. Early testing and diagnosis can help you recover faster and prevent the spread to others.

COVID-19 Safety and Precautions 

We encourage everyone to practice the following protective measures to maintain the safety of our community: 

  • Wear a mask when you are in public 
  • Wash your hands often and for 20 seconds 
  • Keep your social bubble small 
  • Keep physically distant (more than 6 feet) from anyone who does not reside in your household 
  • Avoid non-essential travel 
  • Frequently disinfect high-touch surfaces in your home and workplace

Flu Prevention and Safety Tips

Protect yourself and others this flu season by practicing these preventative measures:

  • Get your flu shot annually
  • Avoid close contact with others who are sick
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, then dispose of the tissue properly
  • Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition, hydration, and sleep to boost your immune system

COVID-19 Symptoms

Cama’i Community Health Center urges community members to watch out for symptoms of COVID-19 and to get tested and to isolate until you receive a negative test result. The following is a general list of symptoms to look out for: 

  • Fever or chills 
  • Breathing difficulties 
  • Cough 
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue 
  • Congestion or runny nose 
  • Body aches 
  • Headache 
  • Loss of smell or taste
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea or vomiting 

Flu Symptoms

Be vigilant for flu symptoms, especially during flu season, and seek testing if you experience any of the following:

  • Sudden onset of fever or chills
  • Persistent cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Fatigue or extreme tiredness
  • Headaches
  • Vomiting or diarrhea (more common in children)
